How Our Areca Leaf Plates Are Made
A sustainable journey from nature to your table
1. Sourced from Nature, no trees are cut.
We collect naturally fallen areca palm leaves and separate the leaves from the sheaths.Only the thick, food-grade sheaths are selected.
2. Storage & Drying
Areca sheaths are then stored in a dry facility for further processing.
3. Sorting & Cleaning
Every sheath is soaked in water, manually inspected and washed at high pressure to remove microbes
4. Scrubbing & Washing
The sheaths are then scrubbed with clean water to remove dirt without using chemicals.
5. Heat-Pressed into Shape
Sanitized leaves are pressed using hydraulic machines, each with dedicated molds for different shapes and sizes.
6. Buffing & Quality Check
Each plate is scrubbed, cleaned, and smoothed to ensure there are no sharp edges or rough surfaces.
7. UV Sterilized for Safety
Plates pass a final quality check and are UV sterilized in a dust-free chamber. After this point, they're never touched by human hands.
8. Biodegradable Packing
Plates are moisture protected, shrink-wrapped in your required pack sizes, labeled, and boxed in 5-ply cartons to protect against transit damage.
9. Packed for Export. Ready to Ship.
Once cartons are sealed, they’re moisture-protected and stacked for container loading - ready for global shipment.
