We inspect every batch at source, rejecting substandard plates before they ship. Our plates are UV-sterilized, food-grade, and meet global safety standards, ensuring zero defects and happy customers. Request a sample to see for yourself!

2. Can I get white-labeled or customized plates for my brand?

3. What are your shipping terms and lead times?

Choose FOB or CIF or shipping terms of your choice. We’ll handle the logistics. Lead times are typically 15–20 days for a 20 ft FCL (100,000+ plates), with real-time tracking updates so you’re never in the dark.

4. What’s the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Start with a sample of our plates to test our quality. For full orders, we suggest a 20ft FCL (~100,000 plates). Full container shipments save you money on freight. If you have a smaller order, contact us — we’ll do our best to help.

5. Are the plates durable for heavy or liquid foods?

Yes! Our areca plates are heat-pressed for strength, holding food without bending. They’re also leak-resistant for wet dishes, keeping your clients satisfied.

6. Are the plates microwave-safe and suitable for hot/cold food?

Yes, they’re microwave and oven-safe, and work great for both hot and cold foods. They’re also fridge-friendly for storing leftovers.

7. Are the plates eco-friendly and chemical-free?

100%. Made from naturally fallen areca palm sheaths — no trees cut, no chemicals used. They’re biodegradable, compostable, and a sustainable choice your customers will love.
